Building self-compassion is vital for emotional wellbeing, but many of us are unaware of how to develop a self-compassion practice. How do we free ourselves from the inner critic? How do we make the shift to a loving, compassionate presence with ourselves?
Join Dr. Patty Shutt as she guides us on a journey towards self-compassion. In this workshop, participants will:
· Discover the pathways to self-compassion
· Learn how to increase positive emotions
· Incorporate simple, systematic practices into daily living
· Practice mindfulness and meditation techniques
We can rewire the brain to include positive emotions that not only soften the disappointments and pain we encounter in life, but ultimately lead us to greater joy and fulfillment.
This workshop is FREE. Donation to Boca Raton's Promise is welcome. . Participants must pre-register, as space is limited.
